    Golden Botanical uses plant-based ingredients because plants are kind of the whole point here. But the formulas are still made to be practical, easy to use, and not overly complicated for no reason.

  • Gentle, but not boring.

    The formulas are made with sensitive skin in mind: fragrance-free, non-comedogenic, and created to feel comfortable on the skin. Basically, skincare that behaves itself.

    Every formula is clinically tested and Health Canada certified, because cute packaging is great, but the product still needs to do its actual job.

    The Founder.

    Hi, it’s me — your girl Shanell. I’m 29, a Capricorn, a safety representative in the energy sector, and the founder of Golden Botanical, because apparently one detail-heavy job was not enough.

    Golden Botanical grew from my love for plants, skincare, and the small things that make life feel a little less chaotic. Plants helped me take care of my mental health, skincare gave me a way to care of my physical health, and somewhere along the way those two worlds started making a lot of sense together.


    This brand is personal, practical, a little earthy, and very overthought — in the best way.
